Took a cab from Vancouver Airport to this hotel for overnight accommodation included in the Rocky Mountaineer rail-tour.
The Hampton Inn & Suites was very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, and was one of the best hotels we had stayed in overseas.
It was located on Robson Street which was the main shopping and entertainment street.
Fast food joints and little restaurants were close by, and one of the best was a Japanese restaurant called Ebi-ten which served very authentic Japanese food.
This is the reception foyer, to the right of which are stairs to a mezzanine dining area where a big spread buffet breakfast is presented daily from 6am till 10am.
And hot beverages and two PC's with complimentry internet service are available 24/7.
Spacious room, very comfy bed mattress and pillows, large flat-screen tv, and complimentary wireless internet.
